THE LEGACY OF GREAT ANCESTORS
On November 13, the city scientific and universal library named after Al-Farabi hosted a reading conference on the topic “Uly baba murasyn ulyktayyk”, dedicated to the 525th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding statesman, scientist Muhamed Haydar Dulati. At the event, a presentation was made by Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan Sarsebay Karibayev (moderator), senior lecturer of the department Algabek Kabyl. During the conference, school and gymnasium students presented creative performances, demonstrated musical art, and read poetry. At the end of the event, S. Karibayev and A. Kabyl were awarded “Letters of Gratitude” from the library management.
