       Since the beginning of the current academic year, the Department of Psychology and Special Pedagogy has been purposefully working on the opening of a Doctorate in the specialty 8D03130 - Psychology.   April 2, 2021 is of historical importance for the department. On this day, a discussion of the Educational Program (EP) was held with the DAV of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University represented by the head of the Center for Management of Educational Programs and Licensing, Ph.D., associate professor Adyrbekova Gulmira Menlibayevna.   The EP was presented by a working group of scientists of the department under the leadership of Ph.D., professor, head of the department "Psychology and Special Pedagogy" Z.B. Kabylbekova. in the following composition: Ph.D., professor Iskakova M.S., Ph.D., associate professor Shomanbaeva A.O., PhD, associate professor Sakhieva F.A. and technical secretary-teacher, master of ps.n. Asetova G.   How many people - so many opinions. For greater objectivity, the candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Modern Pedagogy and Psychology, RB Usenbaeva, was invited as an expert.
The group presented a presentation to the OP for discussion.   It should be noted that Gulmira Menlibayevna was scrupulous, attentive to details, critical and at the same time democratic, thanks to which the discussion was rather constructive and fruitful. It should be noted that it was very useful to have a group discussion, where everyone could defend or refute any position.   Of course, there is still work to be done on the program.
