The quest game “Alash – in the footsteps of the history of the Horde” was held in the “Shymkent City Museum of Victims of Political Persecution”.
On November 1, 2024, the Shymkent City Museum of Victims of Political Repression hosted the quest game "Alash – in the footsteps of the history of the Horde". The event was attended by students of the Department of "Universal History and Museum Business" of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
Within the framework of the historical project, 5 teams consisting of 4 students took part under the guidance of senior lecturer Narymbet G.B. The quest game took place in 6 stages.
The interest of the students was increased by original questions showing their intelligence. The main goal of this quest is to promote the development of domestic tourism, to popularize excursions to the city of Shymkent. At the end of the quest game, the "Heirs of Alash" team, which won the main prize, received a "Tour of the sights of Tashkent city".
In addition, a "Tour of the holy places of the South" and books from "MELOMAN" were presented. This quest game, which had an interesting past, gave the youth of Auezov an interest in history with good memories.
